This salad can be made as a side dish with Subji-Roti or Dal-Rice. Spring onions are rich in minerals, vitamins and fibre and taste great when eaten raw.

- Spring onion : 4-5 Stalks
- Lemon juice : 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and chop spring onion stalks
- In a serving bowl add the chopped spring onions add lemon juice and red chilly powder. Sprinkle salt and mix well. Serve.
