Spring Onion Salad

This salad can be made as a side dish with Subji-Roti or Dal-Rice. Spring onions are rich in minerals, vitamins and fibre and taste great when eaten raw.


Ingredients :
  • Spring onion : 4-5 Stalks
  • Lemon juice : 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Wash and chop spring onion stalks
  • In a serving bowl add the chopped spring onions add lemon juice and red chilly powder. Sprinkle salt and mix well. Serve.
