Ingredients :
- Cooked rice : 2 cups (cooked in 4 cups of water)
- Paneer : 100 g (or tofu..)
- French beans (chopped) : 1/2 cup
- Carrot (chopped): 1/2 cup
- Onion : 1 small
- Garlic : 2 cloves
- Yoghurt : 11/2 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala : 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
- Oil : 11/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions to it, sauté till translucent. Add garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add french beans and carrots. Cover and cook for 5min. Now add paneer cubes and Pav bhaji masala and red chilly powder. Mix well.
- Add yoghurt and mix. Sprinkle salt and add the cooked rice to it. Cover and cook for 2-3 min.
- Serve hot!
