Idli Fry is a tasty breakfast or snacking food item...It comes out super when made with left over Idlis!

- Idlis : 6-7
- Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
- Oil : 11/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Cut 4 Idlis into bite size pieces and crumble the remaining ones.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put in mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
- Add the Idlis and mix. Add red chilly powder and sprinkle salt (if required as Idlis are already savory)
- Cook covered for 5min......Serve hot!
VARIATION : You can also put in onions and chillies and season it with hing powder and curry leaves.
